The problem
Everyone has the weather. Almost no one has the call.
Radar, forecasts, and station feeds are everywhere — but they still leave a person to decide whether to spray the field, protect the crop, send up the crane, or stage for a fire. TxAviso closes that last gap: it turns raw observations into a scope-aware, evidence-based verdict, with the exact numbers that drove it. Not a forecast to interpret — an aviso, an advisory you can act on.
